These Terms govern your use of the Woodbridge Public Auto Auction (“WPAA”) Buying Center website at sell.wpaa.net and any communications with our buying team. By using the site, submitting a vehicle, or texting our team, you agree to these Terms.

Woodbridge Public Auto Auction (WPAA) is the registered trade name (T/A/DBA) of S&S Service Center Inc.

Vehicle submissions

Information you submit about your vehicle must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Final offers are subject to in-person inspection and verification. See our Offer Terms for details on how offers are calculated and finalized.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number to WPAA or by texting our published business number, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from WPAA related to your vehicle inquiry, offer, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communications.

• Program: WPAA Buying Center customer communications.
• Message frequency varies based on your conversation with our staff and the status of your submission.
• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly at 703-643-1189 or sellacar@wpaa.net.
• Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our messaging channels to send unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive content; to impersonate another person; or to attempt to disrupt our systems.

No warranty & limitation of liability

The site and offers are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WPAA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messaging services.

Governing law
