Offer Terms

Offers are based on the vehicle information, condition, mileage, photos, history reports, and descriptions provided by the customer. Vehicle history reports, prior accidents, title history, condition, mileage discrepancies, warning lights, mechanical issues, or other undisclosed information may result in a revised offer amount.

Woodbridge Public Auto Auction reserves the right to adjust, decline, or cancel any offer or transaction if a vehicle is materially misdescribed or if WPAA decides not to proceed with the transaction for any reason.

Final offers are subject to in-person vehicle inspection and verification before purchase is completed.
