Who we are
Woodbridge Public Auto Auction (WPAA) is the registered trade name (T/A/DBA) of S&S Service Center Inc.

Two separate SMS programs
WPAA operates two distinct SMS programs. Customers opt in to each program separately, and may opt in to one without the other. Opting out of one program does not affect the other.
A. Transactional SMS Program
The Transactional SMS Program sends service-related messages tied to a customer's active inquiry, appointment, or transaction. Message types are limited to:
- Vehicle inquiry responses
- Vehicle review updates
- Appointment scheduling
- Appointment reminders
- Title processing
- Payment coordination
- Transportation coordination
- Export coordination
- Customer support
The Transactional SMS Program does not include marketing, promotional, auction, inventory, or special-offer content of any kind.
You opt in to the Transactional SMS Program by checking the transactional SMS consent box on a WPAA form, by submitting a vehicle inquiry that names SMS as your preferred contact method, or by texting our published number. Reply START or YES to re-subscribe after opting out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
B. Marketing SMS Program
The Marketing SMS Program is completely optional and is never required to buy, sell, or service a vehicle. Message types are limited to:
- Auction announcements
- Inventory alerts
- Vehicle specials
- Promotions
- Events
You opt in to the Marketing SMS Program only by checking the separate, optional marketing SMS consent box on a WPAA form. The marketing checkbox is unchecked by default. Marketing messages are never sent unless that separate checkbox is selected. Reply START or YES to re-subscribe after opting out. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of marketing messages without affecting transactional messages.
Message frequency
Transactional message frequency varies based on your active inquiry, appointment, or transaction. Marketing message frequency is limited and varies by promotion.
Rates & delivery
Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and opting back in
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent.
Reply START or YES at any time to re-subscribe after opting out.
